This unit specializes in technology transfer and knowledge partnerships, and focuses primarily on: people resourcing and outsourcing; students’ internship placements; exchange programmes; and creation of technology transfer officers (TTOs) at tertiary institutions
ICT Development Unit (ICTDU)
This unit strategically aligns itself to the ICT world and provides a wide range of contemporary services in ICT for both locally and internationally companies. The unit focuses primarily on: webpage designs, networking, internet technology, ICT training; computer hardware and servicing; software development
Business Incubation & Innovation Unit (BIIU)
This unit specializes in technology transfer and knowledge partnerships, and focuses primarily on: research project implementation; SME development; entrepreneurship development; proposal writing; and fund sourcing. Under the Business Innovations & Incubation Programme (BIIP), TiTTi aims at increasing the entrepreneurial proclivities of students and individuals by fostering industry- related research across all the tertiary institutions in the country and beyond. BIIP hopes to accelerate the development of entrepreneurial companies and business start-ups through our diverse business support resources and services, developed and orchestrated by incubator management team
Technical, Vocational and Apprenticeship Training (TVAT) Centre
This unit emphasizes on technical, vocational and apprenticeship training from various industrial sectors, including construction, engineering, agriculture etc. The training focus on junior to middle level manpower and technical site-men and apprentices with or without formal education through competency –based-training (CBT) methodology
Students Internship Placements and Exchange Programmes
TiTTi has the mandated to introduce and implement strategies to bridge the gap between industry and academia. This mandate is carried out through our established Technology Transfer Offices (TTOs) at Universities and Polytechnics. Our TTOs offer students at the tertiary level first-hand experience with high- performing companies and organizations
Curriculum Development Unit
This unit emphasizes developing market-driven curriculum and academic programmes for both public and private sector institutions at all levels
Research and Development
This unit emphasizes developing research capabilities of our clients and also conduct contract research for both public and private sector institutions
